Sweat: Oh dear, what is this? I'm not sold at the start. Feels...wrong. The production is good but the vocals with the effects...I'm sorry, they just don't work for me. The production is cunty, this is like Basic Gay Bop but those vocals really do drag it down, sorry! Why are we randomly getting different singing in the bridge? Wack. 6/10

Drum Machine: This feels like a Melanie C song. Is that derogatory? I don't know. Like it is kinda boppy production wise but it also kinda feels soulless at the same time. It really reminds me of those Tiktoks that are like "washed up pop star tries to stay relevant by releasing songs for gay men". The production is decent here, but yeah. Just not feeling it. 6/10

What Could Possibly Go Wrong?: Feels like cunty production again. I'm just not sure I'm buying what Melanie is selling. It just does not come together for me. The vocals don't quite do it for me, but I don't think they're bad or anything. This song was only like 3 minute 30 seconds but it felt like it went on forever for some reason. 6/10

Til It Breaks: Again, the production is good. Again, I'm not sure I'm fully buying it. This song does sound sexy and smooth and does do that sound well, but...I don't know, I just don't like it more a huge amount. It's fine. But that's it. 6/10

Pressure: Not feeling the start. Some of those vocal effects are not it either. Nope. This is just not it. Too repetitive and not in a good way. The production isn't as good here and the vocals are not working for me. Just a bit of a mess honestly. Did not need to be as long as it was either. 4/10

Emotional Memory: Eh, I'm not majorly feeling this again. It's a miss. Just feels a bit empty. Too much repetition again and not in the good way. Again and again and again and again and again. 4/10

Attitude: Okay, dance bop. The vocals are not working here again though. It really lets the song down. It still feels like it's not quite working overall. Like, the production is boppy, but it doesn't quite do it for me still. 5/10

Good For Nothing: Where was this earlier? This feels much better. The vocals fit better, and I actually feel the energy in this one. It doesn't kinda feel phoned in like some of the others. I liked this! 7/10

Undefeated Champion: This feels better again. I can feel the energy to it again. It maybe feels like a...Lizzo song or something (partially derogatory, obviously). Or Katy Perry (also derogatory). I like the production here especially, it's boppy. Like I hate that I identified those artists but this does kinda eat...a bit. 7/10

Cashmere: I'm a bit confused by the jumps in vibe on this album but oh well. This is alright. Suddenly we're going kinda tropical and summer. Catchy chorus honestly. Not feeling it quite as much as some of the other songs but it's decent. 6/10

Free To Love: This is kinda boppy again but not quite feeling it again. I feel like I'm being inconsistent but oh well. I'm definitely feeling like the album is too long though. How many of these songs do we need? 6/10

One Track Mind: Is that seriously a red light, green light reference? Anyway, we're back to...kinda sexy? Wild ride here. Not sure I'm feeling this one, especially in the chorus. Vocals aren't really working for me. 5/10

Flick Of The Wrist: Again, this is a weird shift. Like what is this album overall? A collection of songs or something? The production was kinda cool but...??? 5/10

Overall Verdict: Unfortunately, this feels like what a formerly popular pop star would put out to #yass #slay #queen. It just does not work for me. There are definitely some better songs here, but a lot of it feels phoned in, it feels inauthentic and derivative of 'gay pop'. As well as that, some of the vocals did not quite work for me. Not a major fan of this album, but it was alright I guess. Not terrible anyway.
